The Role of Gender in Agriculture PDF Print E-mail

The University of Battambang conducted a seminar on "The Role of Gender in Agriculture" on the 16th of January  2012, presented by Prof. Dr. Maria Eliga Christie, Director of Woman and Gender in International Development. The seminar was presided over by H.E. Dr. Touch Visalsok PhD, Rector of the University of Battambang. The seminar focused on indentifying gender-based constraints and opportunity to conservation agriculture in Battambang Province, Cambodia
 

UBB Signed MOU with PaiChai University

 

On the 20th of April 2011, University of Battambang(UBB) signed Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) with Daejon Print Culture RIS Foundation Industry Project team of PaiChai University. The purpose of the MOU is to develop a local print industry and the technology needed to do this. By doing so, the two partners will contribute to the development of Cambodia.

Furthermore, UBB hosted an exhibition of Korean print products from the 20th to 22nd of April 2011. This enable and the public to learn about the latest developments in Korean print technology. After the signing of MOU and cutting of the ribbon to open the exhibition, University of Battambang and PaiChai will work together to develop a local print industry
