Every year, UBB offers H.E. Sar Kheng and Madam’s awards to 10 best and/or outstanding students (UBB’s Top Ten). The awards, which are mainly based on cumulative GPA, are very competitive and designed to encourage students to work hard to be well prepared for oversea scholarships.
