The main purposes of the farm are:
1. To conduct agricultural experiments;
2. To provide training courses in agricultural techniques to farmers;
3. To be a demonstration farm;
4. To improve rice production chain in Cambodia;
5. To collect genes of plants and animals in Cambodia;
6. To improve the quality and yield of upland crops in Cambodia;
7. To integrate approaches to improving the quality and
yield of Cambodian vegetables.
